Muay Thai IIXV

Bruce came to teach us for the first time along with the free trial. It might be because of the lack of training but Bruce's 1 hour was enough to kick ass. He incorporated exercises into training. Stuff like burpices, push ups, interval trainings etc.

The difference was stark. Where what we used to do was technique technique technique, Bruce was more focused on what could be used in the ring. Technique was being taught as well as protection and practical stances and moves for the ring.

We did a sort of balancing thingy and I think it makes a hell lot of sense. We need balance and most of the time we do not use the muscles that are supposed to be keeping us balanced because, well, we don't usually walk on one leg all the time haha...

This is something new. I am confident that we can move forward after the minor setback and we can enter the ring, for those who want to, and not come off as too shabby. Shall train hard towards my dream. =))
